Despite having long held negative beliefs which still linger in the back of my mind, concerning dealership sales and service, I had to bring my 2014 Honda Civic to Clinton Acura for servicing of a series of dashboard alerts. The experience? Outstanding! Tim Brown was my service rep and he was thorough in his explanation of the preliminary diagnostics and costs. Once diagnosed, it turned out to be a bad MAP Sensor. While the work was being done, I’d asked Tim questions about the sensor and its relation to the functioning of different parts of my car. I even asked if the mechanics would check tire pressure and refill the washer fluid. His response to my questions displayed a thorough knowledge of the workings of the vehicle. A professional all the way. Not only were the tires topped off, they filled the washer fluid with their “special seasonal blend” - my words

Keith, Rich, Dan and Tim run a fantastic dealership! One of the better experiences I've had purchasing a car. They were accommodating to my needs and requests and very prompt in resolving a minor concern after the sale. 10 out of 10 will recommend them to friends and family! We love our new ZDX.

UPDATE: This is the first car we've actually had all services performed at the Dealership. We are not dissapointed. Most recently, had an issue with the battery dying (car is garaged most days), and they fit us in quickly assessed the issue and no charge because the batter was under warrantly. Friendly all around and I had the opportunity to sit in the new vehicles while we waited. Highly recommend them for all your Acura needs. We're new to Acura, and frankly, we've had some "interesting" experiences in purchasing cars. So it was great finding a dealership that cared. From the initial email communications, right up to the final, in person, acquisition, Matt and the rest of the team were a pleasure to do business with. We think we got lucking actually obtaining a new car in these times, and equally lucky we found a great place to buy it. If you're in the market for an Acura, I cannot recommend a better place.
