Jason even found the exact car from another dealer and kept me informed every step of the way. Mike (general manager) treated me like a person, not a dollar sign, and Mark in finance did what he needed to do to expedite my paperwork in a timely and professional manner. Just purchased a 2018 RDX from this dealership. My wife and I are very happy with the vehicle. Mike, the General Manager, called us to iron out the details of the offer and are pleased to say he is a solutions-based driven manager. Every person we worked with - from Maggie, Joe, Keith and Bob - we did not get the stereotypical sales pitch you usually get from employees at car dealerships. They were very forthcoming, genuine and went above and beyond expectations to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicle we drove away with. This place is one of those oddities in the car dealership business where everything is excellent from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It feels more like your visiting old friends rather than buying a car, you're treated like a person and not just a sale. My wife and I walked in prepared to play the "dealership game," but they completely pulled the rug out from under us in a GOOD way. Jason, Mike, and Mark work like a well oiled machine and explain everything in plain and direct detail, none of that rush and confusion stuff. I had a fantastic time buying a car. We will definitely be back there again for a second car, you never let a good thing slip by. Just walk into that place for 5 minutes (whether you're buying or not) and you'll see exactly what I mean. I highly recommend Clinton Acura for both sales and service. I've purchased 4 cars from them in the past 6 years and have always felt that they were the most competitive on pricing and have provided the best customer experience. I genuinely feel appreciated as a repeat customer. Today I used Clinton Acura for the first time for service (previously had been using an Acura dealership closer to my home). I found them to be very competent and friendly. I was there with my 2 year old son and the manager went out of his way to invite us up to the sales waiting room so that my son could watch Mickey Mouse and color.
