Jason even found the exact car from another dealer and kept me informed every step of the way. Just purchased a 2018 RDX from this dealership. My wife and I are very happy with the vehicle. Mike, the General Manager, called us to iron out the details of the offer and are pleased to say he is a solutions-based driven manager. Every person we worked with - from Maggie, Joe, Keith and Bob - we did not get the stereotypical sales pitch you usually get from employees at car dealerships. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Clinton Acura. Not only do you receive quality with the vehicles, but the personnel as well. Without a doubt, Clinton Acura houses some of the most personable and approachable sales personnel I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

My Sales Associate was Maggie Russ and she was terrific! She was welcoming from the start and listened to everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Not only did she help me find a car that I absolutely love (Acura TLX), but she did so in manner that was completely STRESS FREE!

Mike Lawrence, the General Manager, was the BEST! Negotiations are inevitable and like most, I dread the process; however, Mike made it beyond easy. He listened to my financial concerns/needs and delivered in a big way. It was almost as though he wanted me to have the car as much as I wanted to have the car.

Overall, the process was smooth and painless. I can honestly say I got everything I was looking for and then some. Clinton Acura was more than accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The communication over the phone was genuine and with zero back and forth games around haggling. Not many people say "I look forward to haggling or shopping for cars" because it's a grind...Don't get me wrong some love it. I have friends in the car industry and respect the business. This place is one of those oddities in the car dealership business where everything is excellent from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It feels more like your visiting old friends rather than buying a car, you're treated like a person and not just a sale. My wife and I walked in prepared to play the "dealership game," but they completely pulled the rug out from under us in a GOOD way. Jason, Mike, and Mark work like a well oiled machine and explain everything in plain and direct detail, none of that rush and confusion stuff. I had a fantastic time buying a car.
